Obtaining
HRCI Credit:
Each
online e-Learning training course includes an optional skill assessment
and quizzes throughout each lesson. A passing
score for HRCI credit for recertification for your PHR,
SPHR or GPHR is 70% on either the 30-question
course skill assessment or the quiz questions given
throughout the lessons. If you designate an incorrect
answer to a quiz question, you will be given the correct
answer along with an explanation. You may repeat the
assessments, quizzes and the
e-Learning courses as many times you wish during your
1-year subscription. Your highest score is the one
that will be counted.
When
you have completed a course, select the “Course Tools”
tab, then click on the “CEU” link. Choose the HRCI
link and follow the instructions for obtaining the HRCI program ID
number.
There is
no additional charge to obtain HRCI recertification credit.
