Obtaining HRCI Credit:

Each online e-Learning training course includes an optional skill assessment and a quiz. A passing score for HRCI credit for recertification for your PHR, SPHR or GPHR is 70% on either the 30-question course skill assessment or the quiz. If you answer a quiz question incorrectly, you will be given the correct answer along with an explanation. Questions are multiple-choice or 1-word answers and are straightforward. You may repeat the assessments, quizzes and the e-Learning courses as many times you wish during your 1-year subscription. Only your highest score is the one that will be counted.

When you have successfully completed a course, select the “Course Tools” tab, then click on the “CEU” link. Choose the HRCI link to instantly obtain the HRCI program ID number which you can then enter into your HRCI online account or recertification application.

There is no additional charge to obtain HRCI recertification credit.

How long will it take to earn my HRCI recertification credit hours?
Work at your own pace, anytime you wish for up to 1 whole year. Your actual time will vary depending on your familiarity with the topics. You simply need to pass a skill assessment or quiz with a score of 70% or better on each course you take to receive HRCI recertification credit. A skill assessment can be taken before, during, or after you take a course. You may take the assessments or quizzes as many times as you wish. Only your first score and your best score will be recorded in your transcript. All questions are multiple-choice or 1-word answers and straightforward. Following each quiz question, you will receive an explanation of the correct answer.

What do the courses look like?

Are hours and credits the same thing?

Yes! 1 hour is equal to 1 HRCI credit.

Can I purchase today but have my subscription start at a later date?

Yes. Just make a note of your desired start date when asked during checkout. Your subscription will be valid for 1 year from your start date.

After 1 Year:

If you wish to continue your subscription for a 2nd year, you may renew your subscription at the expiration date at 20% off of the price in effect at that time.
