Each online e-Learning training course includes an optional skill assessment and quizzes throughout each lesson.  A passing score for HRCI credit for recertification for your PHR, SPHR or GPHR is 70% on either the 30-question course skill assessment or the quiz questions given throughout the lessons.  If you designate an incorrect answer to a quiz question, you will be given the correct answer along with an explanation.  You may repeat the assessments, quizzes and the e-Learning courses as many times you wish during your 1-year subscription.  Your highest score is the one that will be counted.
