Compass Series Workshop:
Conflict Management

 |
|
|
When people work together, conflict is inevitable. How
can we resolve conflicts so that everyone wins?
Effectively dealing with conflict is one of the most difficult
aspects of getting along with other people. When faced with
conflict, we often react without realizing that we have
constructive, healthy choices available to us. We unconsciously
start pushing back. One way to reduce discomfort is to identify
and use common steps to resolve conflict in a positive way.
In
our fun and
interactive workshop, you
will learn:
-
The causes of conflict
-
To separate the problem from the person
-
Five conflict management styles
