Compass Series Public Leadership Workshops

Monthly 1/2-day public workshop series to teach supervisors and managers to lead, empower and motivate their employees.  Southern California workshops are currently held in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles/The Grove and Irvine. Workshops offer HRCI recertification credit.  This program is also available for in-house training at your location.

Online e-Learning Courses

We will design a customer satisfaction survey to provide feedback on the services or products provided by your organization.  Survey can be web-based or by telephone, or both.  We will administer the survey, consolidate the results, review the results with you, and make recommendations for improvement to help your business succeed.  We also can design and administer an employee satisfaction survey which can help us to develop a plan of action.
